Is the app free?
Yes. The WWL Parade Tracker is free on the App Store and Google Play. It is supported by our sponsors and by ads.
Why don’t I see my location or the weather?
The app needs location permission for both. On iPhone, go to Settings > WWL Parade Tracker > Location. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > WWL Parade Tracker > Permissions.
How do I turn parade alerts on or off?
Tap the heart next to a parade to favorite it, then use the settings button in the app to choose which alerts you get. You can also turn all notifications off in your device settings.
A parade is missing or has the wrong time. What should I do?
Let us know using the form above or the feedback option in the app, and include the krewe’s name. We update the schedule throughout the season.
